Conceptual drawings in the planning stages of an unannounced title in an "alternate space" theme. The challenge with this theme was to explore different ways of portraying outer-space beyond the cliches of star fields and asteroids. This project was particularly fun and interesting.
 
     
 
Conceptual character designs for the GarageGame's Torque Shader Engine Demo at the Game Developer's Conference 2006. It was my task to explore the look and feel of GarageGame's technology demo by providing conceptual drawings of characters and environments.
One of the first drawings, this gamut of arches was one way that I collaborated with the lead artist to nail down the exact look and feel for this project. For me, the most rewarding part of illustration is the moment that someone else's idea becomes realized through pen and paper.
